Privacy Policy

Account: email address, name (optional), hashed password — or your Google/Facebook profile if you use social sign-in.

Connected YouTube channels: channel ids, name, thumbnail, subscriber count, and an access token (refresh token) issued by Google, required to act on your channels on your behalf.

Working content: titles, descriptions, tags, subtitles and preferences you enter in the Studio.

Newsletter: your opt-in choice if you tick the corresponding box.

Your data is used solely to run MultiTube: publish and schedule your videos, translate your metadata and subtitles (processed through Anthropic's Claude API), display your analytics and comments, and send the newsletter if you opted in.

We sell no data. No data is used for advertising.

MultiTube uses YouTube API Services. By using MultiTube you agree to the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

You can revoke MultiTube's access to your Google data at any time from your Google security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

YouTube access tokens are stored securely and used only for the actions you trigger (publishing, reading analytics and comments). They are deleted when you disconnect a channel or delete your account.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we never use your Google user data — or data derived from it — for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.

We share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data only with the service providers (sub-processors) strictly needed to deliver the features you use, and only for that purpose: Anthropic (Claude API) to translate and SEO-optimize your titles, descriptions, tags and subtitles — Anthropic does not use this data to train its models; Vercel Inc. (USA) for application hosting; Turso for the database. Stripe processes payments for paid plans only and never receives your Google data.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

MultiTube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

All traffic between you and MultiTube travels over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

Sensitive data is encrypted at rest: your YouTube OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key kept separate from the database, and account passwords are stored only as secure hashes (never in plaintext).

Access is restricted to your authenticated account — you only ever access your own data — and MultiTube requests the minimum YouTube permissions (scopes) needed for the features you use. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect a channel or delete your account.

MultiTube uses a single (httpOnly) session cookie required for sign-in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes your personal data, access tokens and connected channels.
